PIECES OF VERMONT owner Rick Smith
because a few of our customers inquired, asking for a
"wedge-shaped" cheese cutting board to serve their
wedge-shaped cheeses. The recessed area serves the crackers.
And if your cheese wedge or pizza slice is particularly large, no problem!
Simply flip the board over to use the full surface area.
