The Scottish Salmon Board was designed by John McLeod as an
offshoot of his sport of Salmon fishing in Scotland.
It is such a good board design that it has been copied in
Canada and in Scotland!! Of course when you have to copy
something, the copy has the same integrity as the copyist!

Crafted to our strict
quality standards the integrity of this piece is not in question.
With the generous well area on one side and the other side being
plain, servings of all types are possible. The board really comes
into its own when on special occasions in our retail stores we have
rolls of Scottish Smoked Salmon with capers and wedges of lemon
for our customers along with a flavorful punch. Available in
Yellow Birch. The Scottish Salmon Board measures
