This is a copy of an antique design. Our ancestors were onto something.
No moving parts, No batteries. No loose bits to fall into the potatoes.
No metal to corrode. Does the job right every time. Now that's engineering
design at its best!! Not only potatoes, but you can see that it is perfect
for tenderizing meat as well. We even had one customer who was a bit of
an artist who bought one as a sculpting mallet!
The Irish Potato Masher is 10-1/2" tall and 1-3/4" in diameter, made from
solid Yellow Birch wood.
