The world standard for cutting boards!
Since designing and introducing the Angus cutting
board in 1989, Vermont's John McLeod Ltd. has been
pleased to send it all over the USA, from New England to
Key West FL and as far west as California. The Angus Board has
been shipped to Europe, Asia and other points abroad.
The exact cutting of the boards' pyramids, the size
and depth of the grooving, and the machining
of the large deep wells sets this board apart from all others.
Add to that the meticulous choice of raw
hardwood along with the integrity of the gluing, and
this board is the cutting board standard for the world.
Placed on the pyramid area, meat and fowl are
securely held for carving - all juices drain to the
wells for collection. The opposite side of the Angus Board
is plainn and offers a solid surface for chopping
and cutting. The dimensions of the Angus
Board are 21" x 15" x 1" thick. Available in
Yellow Birch only and made in Vermont, or course.
