Monterey Jack move over, there's a new cheese in town!
A delightfully mild cheese that is the Vermont variation
of Monterey Jack. If it calls for Monterey Jack, use Mountain Jack.
Why? If you often cook with cheese, then you know that an exceptional

About Sugarbush Farm -
When you think of Sugarbush Farm, think of a small 550 acre working farm
located in central Vermont. Jack and Marion Ayres bought the
farm in 1945 with a dream to make a go of country living.
They were the first folks in Vermont to start packaging cheese
in waxed bars so they would travel well without refrigeration.
Second generation Betsy Luces, her husband Larry, along with their sons and their wives are
now working together to keep this family farm alive.
Sugarbush Vermont cheese is made the traditional way - a small

quality. All Sugarbush cheeses are hand cut, hand wrapped, and hand dipped

You can substitute canned or artificial crabmeat, but we prefer using fresh snow crab or
