Each spring the Robb Family dairy farm and
sugarhouse, located in southern
Vermont's rugged mountains, is busy gathering sap and boiling syrup as their
family has done for generations. Their sugarhouse still uses a wood fired
arch and sap is gathered in traditional sap buckets, not modern tubing.
The Robbs boil between 300 and 400 gallons of syrup each year. It's 100% pure
Vermont maple syrup and tends to sell quickly as repeat customers return
to order year after year.
The 8.45 oz. syrup bottle (6-1/2" tall) is the
syrup bottle most often shared as a gift during the holidays,
or used as a table centerpiece.
