Mellow Vermont Cheddar - A smooth and
creamy mellow Vermont cheddar aged approximately 6-10 months.
It's very versatile. Excellent for both cooking and for cheese
and crackers.
Mountain Jack - A delightfully mild
cheese that is the Vermont variation of Monterey Jack.

Hickory and Maple Naturally Smoked - Smoked
here on the farm for 3 days...a delightful, smooth cheese.

Mild Vermont Light - A natural cheese
made from skim milk with a flavor similar to Jack. It
contains half the fat and cholesterol of regular cheddar

with flecks of the herb sage added during the cheese making

Aged and Selected Sharp Cheddar - Aged

About Sugarbush Farm -
When you think of Sugarbush Farm, think of a small 550 acre working farm
located in central Vermont. Jack and Marion Ayres bought the
farm in 1945 with a dream to make a go of country living.
They were the first folks in Vermont to start packaging cheese
in waxed bars so they would travel well without refrigeration.
Second generation Betsy Luces, her husband Larry, along with their sons and their wives are
now working together to keep this family farm alive.
Sugarbush cheese is made the traditional way - a small
operation which ensures great cheese flavor and exceptional
quality. All Sugarbush cheeses are hand cut, hand wrapped, and hand dipped
in three coats of special cheese coating wax that locks in the
peak flavor and allows for safe shipping and long keeping.

Maple Sugar Candy -
Our maple candy is made in small batches from 100% pure Vermont maple syrup and generally has a
shelf-life of one to two months. If the maple candy you receive has started to harden,
simply let us know and we'll send a replacement. You can extend the shelf-life of maple candy by placing the
candy in a zip lock bag, squashing the excess air out of the bag, and storing it in your refrigerator.
Chocolate-Maple candy should also be refrigerated as
soon as it arrives. Maple candy is also soft, so if your
candy should arrive damaged, simply let us know and we'll quickly send a replacement.
