For chicken... Maurice's Original Southern Gold BBQ Sauce does the trick.
This South Carolina golden mustard style BBQ sauce is a secret recipe. What we do know is that
it's made with all natural ingredients, contains No Fat, No Cholesterol,
and No Preservatives. Marinade chicken in a zip lock bag overnight,
grill with it, and use it as a dipping sauce when serving -
It's outstanding!
For ham & pork chops... No question about it, when it comes to ham steaks, quarter
hams, and pork chops on the grill, you'll turn to Curtis' All American Southern Style BBQ Sauce.
Curtis' BBQ Pit, located in Putney
Vermont is a very popular roadside eatery. Curtis' BBQ sauce was also recently honored with a top spot in the
May 2008 issue of Every Day with Rachel Ray magazine for best Hot & Spicy! Of course it's also
available in MILD (select below).
For buffalo steaks... If beef or buffalo steaks are your preference, then you'll love
Richard's GAME Sauce. But don't be afraid to use it on duck or venison as well.
DELISH!
For hamburgers... When it comes to burgers on the grill, that's when you'll want to reach
for Richard's Original BBQ Sauce, available in MILD, HOT or HOTTEST (select below).
Richard's Vermont-made MILD BBQ sauce won't overpower the
burger, offering just the right amount of sweet BBQ flavor, but if you like
it hot, crank it up with their HOTTEST.
For shrimp... Who doesn't like jumbo shrimp on the barbecue? For this one we went outside
Vermont to our friends down in FL at
Kermit’s Key West Key Lime Shoppe
for Kermit's Sweet & Tasty Sauce. The Key Lime in this
finishing sauce is a delicious complement to
shrimp and pineapple kabobs, as well as a superb dipping
sauce.
For ribs... We've saved the best for last. We believe you'll agree that
Granny Blossom's Smoky Apple BBQ Sauce is the perfect thick sauce for
ribs. Be sure to par boil (partially boil) those ribs for 20 minutes first
though, then marinade overnight, fire up the grill and generate
some savory grilln' smoke!
