Native Americans first discovered the wonders
of the sugar maple tree. Legend has it that North American Indian tribes
would boil maple sap for cooking, and one day the sap was left on the fire
too long and a delicious mistake occurred... the invention of maple syrup.
This 100% pure & natural Vermont Grade B maple syrup
comes from a sugaring operation located in Northern
Vermont. Because our source is local, we can maintain more
control over the quality of the syrup. Our Grade B is of course
formaldehyde free. The maple sap comes from maple trees in rural
woodlots free of pesticides. The syrup contains no additives or
preservatives and is produced by sugarers
who take great pride in the syrup they produce.
It is also believed that pure maple syrup has compounds that help fight
diabetes and cancer.
Our customers are requesting Grade B more and more often, and
over the past few years Grade B maple syrup, with its robust
