For 45 years Vermont Smoke and Cure of South Barre VT
has been crafting meats in small batches according to
age-old recipes.
We've said this everytime we've baked this ham, "Now that's
darn good ham!" Especially when it's baked using
pure Vermont
Grade B maple syrup. Each boneless 1/4 ham weighs approximately
2.25 lb., is maple cured and cob smoked... YUM! Prepared
with natural juices, cured with water, salt, sodium phosphates, Vermont
maple syrup, flavorings, sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
KEEP REFRIGERATED or FROZEN
For a perfect baked ham; Simply thaw your ham, rinse off excess water and juices,
cut slits for syrup to absorb into ham, place ham in a baking pan,
glaze with maple syrup, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees,
re-glazing periodically.
