A loyal group of customers know John's history of trencher making and share his enthusiasm for this unique, one-of-a-kind working board. Over the years John has refined the Trencher designs. From Maine to Portland Oregon and as far south as Florida, Trencher boards come in handy for cracking everything from lobster to stone crabs. Of course the board functions just as well when preparing fish, steak, or ribs. Juices will run down the gradual sloped surface to the back of the Trencher, collecting in the well. No need to keep wiping down the board, let it do the work for you!

Available in round yellow birch with Old Home Week brand as a tribute to Wilmington Vermont's Old Home Week, August 12-15, 2010. Held every 10 years, the event is best described as a town reunion, a celebration of Wilmington's citizens, past, present and future, and an honoring of the town's history.
