Bird's Eye Apple Board

Only a very small percentage of sugar maple trees develop the unique character of Bird's Eye. It's from the sugar maple trees for which Vermont is famous and therefore fitting that we should craft a board in this spectacular wood. Use one side for work in the kitchen, while keeping the second side like new to serve friends and family Vermont Early Mac apples along with your favorite Vermont Cheddar throughout the fall. We give a natural edge to the wood, sand to a fine finish to fully develop the lustre, put in a handy hanging hole, hand rub our special finish and let the wood do the talking. Crafted in two sizes they are Large 10" in diameter and Small 7" in diameter. They are both 3/4" thick and each has a handy leather hanging loop attached to the stem.
